Binge-Watching TV Is Linked To Poorer Sleep And Insomnia

Falling into the category of “not surprising but worth a study on,” a new study finds that binge-watching a favorite TV show before bed is a bad idea, at least when it comes to sleep. Binge-watching seems to increase what psychologists call arousal-not sexual arousal, but cognitive arousal, the feeling of being wired and ready to do more.
